WaterRower has been designing and hand crafting rowing machines since 1988. Originally designed by Yale & US national team rower John Duke, all of its machines are made right in Rhode Island, and sold globally. WaterRower uses sustainably sourced woods, with special attention to each element in its award winning design.

The WaterRower design offers a full-body workout with low impact on joints, making it an ideal workout for people of all ages. Like rowing, users control the intensity of their workout simply through the speed and force applied to each stroke. WaterRower's WaterFlywheel uses a custom paddle to reproduce the precise physical demands of rowing while creating a smooth stroke to work muscle groups evenly and optimize exercise benefits.
