With hundreds of students
over the past two decades, from beginner to the highest level, the Newport Polo Club instructors
are certainly kept busy. The instructors cater to the broad range of students' abilities and
ensure that everyone receives individual attention.
Laurels of the training
program include alums that received athletic college scholarships while others have gone on to
compete in such prestigious events as the East Coast Open, the Palm Beach and Aiken high-goal
polo, the Interscholastic Polo Championships, the Intercollegiate Polo Championships, US
Military Polo invitationals world-wide and the Newport International Polo Series at home and in
overseas competitions.
