2022 USPA Congressional Cup

2022 USPA Congressional Cup

Seven loaded teams entered the 2022 USPA Northeast Circuit Congressional Cup tournament to compete for a handsome pot of prize money and trophies in the northeast's largest tournament this season.  Tournament rounds took place through the end of June, culminating in the winner-takes-all Finals on Saturday, July 2, 2022 with their names immortalized in the USPA  Yearbook (page 472).

Venues included three of Newport’s best tournament fields with the Championship on BD Field at the International Polo Grounds.  The tournament was sanctioned by the United States Polo Association (USPA) and officiated by professional umpires from the USPA.  An agenda of social events & entertainment for local experiences rounded out the itinerary. Tournament rounds on June 25th and July 2 were open to the public as the featured matches in the Newport International Polo Series.

USPA Congressional Cup Winners: Glen Farm; Chris Fragomeni, Tim Day, Sam Clemens, and Stuart Campbell.
