The timeless entrance allee, known as Linden Lane, is lined by
130-year-old European linden trees that form a living canopy, while fieldstone walls separate the
lane from its surrounding manicured grass fields, as it leads to the polo grounds of the Newport
International Polo Series. From Linden Lane, there are two primary entry gates on the
right-hand side, leading into the polo grounds: the Main Gate and the Lower Gate. The Main
Gate opens at 1pm on the day of the match, and the Lower Gate opens at 2:30pm. Enter at either
gate, prepared to show your bar-coded tickets purchased online for scanning by gate agents, or make
your Lawn admission purchases at the gate.
Seating at the polo grounds includes tableside
seating within the centerfield Pavilion, on various elevated levels for unobstructed viewing, and at
tables on the Pavilion Lawn close to the action, with beverage service to tables from the Pavilion
Patio Bar (outside beverages are NOT permitted within the Pavilion). Pavilion table
reservations are sold in advance online; limited upgrade tickets may be available on gameday after
5PM with paid adult Lawn Tickets. Adult Lawn Tickets offer admission to Open Lawn, Grandstand,
Tailgates, and Chalets. Bring your own lawn chairs, blanket, and picnic. Open Lawn &
Grandstand seating is first-come, first-served on game day. Tailgate & Chalet spaces offer
front-row, drive-to tailgate picnic areas from which to watch the match, by separate reservation
online only or standby at the Main Gate at 5PM. See Admission

boutique merchants are clustered in the west arc of lawn seating, in a prime, central
location for high visibility and convenient walkup access, where patrons can discover unique
sampling opportunities, jewelry, custom and imported goods, and souvenir portraits. Newport

Food and beverage concessions include a
variety of weekly gourmet food trucks that are clustered in the west arc of lawn seating, and a wide

This full-service bar offers Veuve Clicquot Champagne, Stella
Artois on tap, Santa Margherita Wines, imported & craft beers, boutique wines, premium

all attendees and table service within the Pavilion.
Returning this year is the The Cocktail Guru who serves his artisanal
cocktail creations with themes for each match.

The JavaJai Coffee Trike was custom-made in Holland by Dutch craftsmen, it supports a commercial espresso machine and can make espresso anywhere it goes in style. I am a mermaid at heart and an avid beachcomber here in Newport RI. I make handmade clay figurines of mermaids and other sea creatures and put them into underwater type scenes using locally found Sea glass and shells. I use resin to make it look like you're peering down into the water. I use wood frames, portholes and repurposed mirrors and other items. Take a piece of the Ocean home with you!
