Newport Polo Box Office Guide 2025

For the 2025 Season, the Newport Polo team has been working to make our ticketing system better for you. After many years of dutiful service from our previous systems, we are happy to say that we are now using the latest new, state-of-the-art platform for all polo match tickets, which has been very well received by our Priority Access customers already!

This decision was motivated by feedback from attendees and thorough technology research, and we believe it will significantly improve your experience with our ticketing system and give us the tools we need to serve you better.

We will continue using the existing nptpolo.com to access tickets for the matches, as well as breaking news, and for general information.  We are building a new, improved website which will be launched in the coming months.

Here's what these changes mean for you:

• When purchasing tickets, you will see a new interface.
  • While the way our seating chart looks has changed, the actual configuration of tailgates, chalets, and pavilion tables at the venue has not changed.
  • You now select all tickets on the same screen, including Lawn, Tailgate, Chalet, and Pavilion tickets.
  • On Sale starting Feb. 1: Tailgates, Chalets, Tables in the Pavilion, and Lawn Tickets for all matches, and Season Passes.

While it is not a requirement, we encourage patrons to create an account on our new ticket platform in order to securely save your personal and payment information to autofill for quicker checkout, and retrieve details and tickets anytime in one location for the purchases that you make.

You can create an account by selecting "Save this card for future use" during checkout, or by clicking the button in any order confirmation email.

Here is the step by step process to purchase tickets:

 

1. Accessing the Online Box Office:

• Visit the Official Website: Navigate to nptpolo.com to view upcoming events and ticket options.

2. Selecting an Event:

• Event Calendar: Browse the event calendar to find the match or event you're interested in attending.

3. Select and Purchase Tickets:

• Select Tickets: Click your desired tickets on the seating chart map, then click "Checkout". All tickets are now added to your cart through the map, including:
  • Lawn Tickets: Admission for one adult
  • TD Pavilion Reserved Table: Tables for 4, 6, or 8 attendees.
  • Tailgate: Reserved fieldside space for parking and partying.
  • Chalet: A Tailgate space with an included tent.
• Payment: Purchase your tickets with a credit or debit card. We no longer use PayPal to process payments. Make sure to select "Save this card for future use" to create your new account.

5. Receiving & Storing Tickets:

• Digital Tickets: After purchase, you'll receive digital tickets via email.
• Log In or Create your Account by clicking the button in the order confirmation email.
• Save your tickets to your electronic calendar.

6. Event Day Procedures:

• Ticket Presentation: On the day of the event, present your digital ticket at the main gate for scanning.
• Upgrades: Limited upgrade tickets may be available on game day after 5 PM with a paid adult Lawn Ticket.

Please Note - Limitations to Reserved Seating:

Since Tailgates & Chalets are located along the perimeter of the polo field, they are a limited option exceeded by high demand, and therefore are Limited to 1 per household.  Rather than line the entire perimeter of the field with these reserved spaces, we maintain a large area of unassigned West Lawn Seating for an affordable and readily available option to watch any match.  If Tailgates and Chalets have sold out for your first choice of dates, consider an alternate date, or other seating options including Pavilion Tables - while available - which provide optimum centerfield viewing & beverage service to enjoy the match.  For groups of 20+ adults, please consider the Polo Party options & assistance offered here.

Chalet: 1 - 28:  reserved drive-to picnic area on the north perimeter; includes installed 10ft x 10ft chalet tent; parking for 1 car within the space boundary.  Up to 15 people.  Admission sold separately. (No parking along stone wall.)

Tailgate: 29 - 88:  reserved drive-to picnic area on the south perimeter; parking for 2 cars within space boundary.  Up to 15 people.  Admission sold separately.

Ticket Policies:  We recommend reviewing our Terms & Conditions in advance; agreement to the Terms & Conditions is required at checkout.

Our traditional 7-day advanced request for refunds remains in effect; each eligible refund incurs a $15 processing fee.  Optional Rain Ticket Insurance is available at the time of ticket purchase; if the Rain Policy goes into effect and a match is postponed or canceled due to weather/field conditions, refunds are only provided for tickets that were insured with Ticket Insurance at the time of purchase.  Ticket Insurance may not be purchased separately at a later time.
