Newport Polo is now accepting applications for 2025 vendor positions, offering businesses a prime opportunity to engage with thousands of spectators at one of New England’s premier summer attractions. Whether you're in boutique retail, product demonstrations, or serving up gourmet concessions, the Newport International Polo Series provides a high-visibility platform to showcase your brand.

Each season, we curate a select group of licensed vendors whose unique offerings enhance the polo experience. The West Lawn Vendor Village is a high-traffic, prime location behind the west goal line, adjacent to the popular lawn picnic seating area and along the venue’s perimeter road. Perfect for food trucks and mobile vendors looking to engage with a steady flow of polo enthusiasts.

Opportunities are limited and preference is given to vendors with the most frequent participation. Frequent vendors often see the most benefit as they become a recognized and anticipated feature at the matches. Consideration is given to limit one vendor per category, for a diverse selection of offerings. Vendors receive additional exposure to the polo audience through print and digital features highlighting the venue and amenities, and upcoming events. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all positions are filled. Register now!
